Return Policy
- If you are not pleased with your Histoires purchase, simply contact me via email within 3 days of delivery of your item to arrange for its return and a refund of the purchase price.
- The item must be returned via the original carrier (unless agreed otherwise in writing), in its original packaging, insured (if available) for its purchased price, and must be received in the same condition as when it was shipped to you with the shop's tags and identifying marks intact.
- We recommend you use delivery tracking and get a delivery receipt.
- The buyer pays for return shipping and insurance.
Shipping
- Regardless of what and where you require something shipped, Histoires can provide you a quote. I work with various national and international shipping and courier companies who offer a reliable delivery service.
- If you are buying more than one item, the delivery cost per item is significantly reduced so bear that in mind! I am also willing to negotiate my prices for multiple purchases at one time.
- If you have a preferred shipper you would like to use, Histoires will happily work with them.
- Email Histoires with the details of the specific item(s) you are interested in plus your delivery address and I will provide you with a quote.
